Shipping Policy


  • Pick up is available. An e-mail will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup. If the date offered is not convenient for you please email us with an alternate date that suits you and we will do our best to accommodate.



  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) Orders placed on week-ends and/or holidays will be processed next business day. International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. We are not responsible for fees or taxes. 

     Please ensure that you have the correct mailing and shipping address when       ordering. 

     We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package once package is shipped.     You must take this up with the postal company.


Return & Exchange Policy


  • We do not offer returns. 

 However we will gladly exchange your lashes within a period of 14 days if they are  damaged and/or if there is any inconvenience regarding the lash itself. Please understand  that the box needs to be intact and lashes UNWORN.

 (We do understand that in order for you to take a look at your lashes you will need to open the box. However for an exchange,  the lash needs to remain on tray.)

 Please take good care of your lashes as we are not responsible for any damages that you  may cause.

  • Please note we do not accept exchanges on sale items and or items purchased during a promotion.
